Job Requirements

• Chrysler certification or Automotive Service Excellence certification is preferred. If you don't have these certifications, we offer training opportunities
• At least two years of experience in the automotive service industry
• Hold a valid driver's license
• Knowledge of using machinery found in an automotive service shop, such as diagnostic equipment, wheel, and tire equipment, climate control systems, and wheel alignment systems
• Proficiency with tools and technology
• Be a team player with a passion for problem-solving and customer service
• Have the ability to communicate diagnoses and solutions to both customers and service advisors
