Answer: Any new vehicle purchased Hayes Automotive vehicle that will be used for personal use includes a Hayes Lifetime Warranty with Unlimited Miles for an Unlimited Time at no additional cost. *Specialty vehicles, Commercial, Fleet, Super Duty, Diesel, Electric (EV), vehicles purchased in the name of a business or used for commercial purposes (UBER/LYFT) are NOT eligible for a lifetime warranty.

Answer: Every new vehicle comes with recommended maintenance - all we ask is that you have regular maintenance done to your vehicle. If you service with us, we'll keep you up-to-date every time you come in on the condition of your vehicle, factory recommended service and any items that may be needed because of wear and everyday use.
Answer: While we'd love to have you return to us for service, we understand that you may choose to go elsewhere. Rest assured, your warranty remains valid as long as you follow the manufacturer's recommended maintenance and keep copies of all service and repair records.
